Earthborne Rangers is a customisable, co-operative card game set in the wilderness of the far future. You take on the role of a Ranger, a protector of the mountain valley you call home: a vast wilderness transformed by monumental feats of science and technology devised to save the Earth from destruction long ago.
You begin by building a deck that reflects your Ranger's interests, personal history, and personality. Then, as you explore the open world and your story takes shape, you augment your deck with improved equipment, refined skills, and the memories of your journey.
The story of Earthborne Rangers is presented as a branching narrative campaign consisting of a main storyline and a multitude of side stories. In it, you can choose to follow the critical path or to strike off on your own to discover the Valley's many engaging characters, mysterious ruins, and beings both familiar and strange.
Each game session represents one day in the Valley, and you'll pick up in the same location on the map where you rested the night before. Your goal is to either complete one of your available missions or to explore the open world. The session ends when you're either forced to rest (through either fatigue or injury), or you choose to rest for the night.
An individual game session is played in rounds, and those rounds consist of turns. On your turn, you perform one action: either play a card from your hand, or choose an action from a card on the table. Each action allows you to interact thematically and narratively with the world, and each time you take an action, the world comes to life around you. Predators stalk their prey, rain pours from the sky, rocks tumble down the mountain to block your path, and much more.

Here's the lowdown:
- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): ETAs can be found on each product's description page. However, delays may occur due to publisher/creator delays or shipping issues from our suppliers. Rest assured, we'll keep you in the loop with updates.
- Mixed Orders: If you've ordered both pre-order and in-stock items, we will hold the entire order until everything is available. Should you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, we can offer split shipping which would be for an additional fee. This is most likely our $10 flat fee but we will confirm this with you at the time of your request.
- Cancellations: If you find you need to cancel, you can do so without a fee within 14 days of the product's release date. Just give us a shout as soon as you can. Pre-order cancellations will not be accepted less than 14 days from product release.
- High-Demand TCG Products: The popularity of some items means we receive allocation information about six weeks before release. Should pre-orders exceed our allocation, we'll prioritise based on pre-order date - first in, first served. Any affected customers will be notified and offered a store credit or full refund.
- Allocation and Release Updates: If there are any changes to our allocation, release dates or shipping updates that impact your pre-order, every effort will be made to keep you updated.

At The Collectivist, we understand the excitement of getting your hands on new games and cards, and we want to get them to you as soon as possible. We've put together this shipping policy to help you understand the process and estimated delivery times.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders placed before 12 PM AEST will be processed and shipped out the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM AEST will be processed the following day.
- Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Please note that processing times may be delayed, as we are brand new and may also vary during high-volume periods such as holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS

- Standard Post (includes tracking) - flat rate of $10.00.
- Express Post - shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and shipping destination.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order through the carrier's website. These details will be provided to you.
DELIVERY ISSUES
- If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
- If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
- International orders may be subject to customs and import taxes.
- The Collectivist is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

At The Collectivist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Please read this policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and re-sellable. Unfortunately, certain items are not eligible for return, including TCG sealed products, singles, and gift cards. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, we will offer a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem, such as:
- A problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- Being unsafe
- Being significantly different from the sample or description
- Not doing what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
