Before you hit that 'Pre-order' button, take a moment to familiarise yourself with our pre-order policy terms and conditions.

Here's the lowdown:

• Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): ETAs can be found on each product's description page. However, delays may occur due to publisher/creator delays or shipping issues from our suppliers. Rest assured, we'll keep you in the loop with updates.
• Mixed Orders: If you've ordered both pre-order and in-stock items, we will hold the entire order until everything is available. Should you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, we can offer split shipping which would be for an additional fee. This is most likely our $10 flat fee but we will confirm this with you at the time of your request.
• Cancellations: If you find you need to cancel, you can do so without a fee within 14 days of the product's release date. Just give us a shout as soon as you can. Pre-order cancellations will not be accepted less than 14 days from product release.
• High-Demand TCG Products: The popularity of some items means we receive allocation information about six weeks before release. Should pre-orders exceed our allocation, we'll prioritise based on pre-order date - first in, first served. Any affected customers will be notified and offered a store credit or full refund.
• Allocation and Release Updates: If there are any changes to our allocation, release dates or shipping updates that impact your pre-order, every effort will be made to keep you updated.
