Refund and Returns Policy

At The Collectivist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Please read this policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and re-sellable. Unfortunately, certain items are not eligible for return, including TCG sealed products, singles, and gift cards. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, we will offer a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem, such as:

  • A problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • Being unsafe
  • Being significantly different from the sample or description
  • Not doing what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
